On Tuesday we take a closer look into the individual rasas as flavors, or emotions. Our asana practices weave mudra, myth & mantra. Rasa theory is an impactful tool that leads to greater appreciation of your emotions and investigates how to navigate them. The rasas are part of your life as an individual and as culture to the collective.
All yogis and yoga teachers are welcome. YA CEs available.
