Spring Equinox Yoga Retreat
Bald Head Island
return to your essence
WHAT IN YOU IS AWAKENING?
As we retreat this spring, we tend to our minds and our hearts, and focus back in on the question:
What matters most in this season of my life?
What would I consciously grow in myself?
WHY RETREAT?
As our energy is freed up, nurtured, awakened and rebalanced, what we choose to align with becomes more easeful to assimilate.
Return to your essential self, and allow this to be a reset for you back at home.
Enjoy daily practices of yoga, meditation, nourishment & play
all meals, accommodations, finer details included

Bald Head IslandSpring Equinox Reverie
~ rituals for Awakening inspiration
Usher in the Spring season with rituals to awaken your inspiration. Mother Nature’s seen and unseen urges are pushing slumbering life to the surface and deepening her roots into the earth. We ride that upward spiral as the growing light of the sun reaches its balance of light and dark - the momentum beneath us burgeoning into new forms:
~ craft ritual
~ movement meditation
~ plant-spirit ceremony
Join us to invoke the fiery urge of life itself. Help us break new ground into what is awakening personally and collectively at Rachael Kinsey’s home garden located near Crafted Outpost. A sacred and safe space for gathering. (given upon registration).
Tuesday, March 19, 2024
Schedule:
6pm: Opening craft ritual with Rachael Kinsey. Adorn your home altar with a Spring bundle consisting of local blooms and herbs to promote growth, abundance, and purification. Adorn them with a crystal and botanically dyed ribbon to burn or add to your spring altar to awaken the fire of inspiration.
7pm: Awaken inspiration with an equally challenging + nurturing movement meditation and yoga practice with Rachael Crawford. The spring is a perfect time to create new healthy habits which shake us from our winter slumber. Prepare the ground of your being: your body, to deepen your creative passion through asana, breath, and playful flow. Mantra and mudra will be included. All levels welcome.
8pm: in the plant-spirit ceremony, we will join in a meditation circle as Kristy Pace guides us deeper into our breath, body and energy centers to open & connect with the plant spirit of Red Clover, the triple goddess of the Plant Queendom. As you sip and drink an overnight infusion of this nourishing herb, you will be guided to commune with the plant to receive its healing energies and wisdom, communicated in various subtle ways throughout the body. This tea ceremony will conclude with prayers of gratitude, followed by a brief overview of red clover’s herbal actions, energetics & medicinal properties.
A note about Red Clover: Beloved by bees and herbalists, since the dawn of their existence, Red Clover is one of the most famous herbs used in the treatment of cancer, skin conditions, respiratory infections, lymph, swellings, and reproductive disorders due to its "alterative" ("blood-purifying”) action. This action detoxifies the system of metabolic and extracellular waste, reflective in the health & vibrancy of the skin. Red Clover is a deeply nourishing, restorative, and cleansing herb, spiritually revered by some herbalists as “catalyst for self-actualization”.
Full Spring Equinox Experience: $65

About Rachael's yoga sessions
What to expect:
In what ways are we already in alignment with life: it’s mysteries, discoveries & probabilities? Yoga reignites connection with what we already know in our bones. In her classes Rachael encourages your gentle strength & creativity in connecting with your own body-mind-spirit. Asana, mudra, mantra, meditation, visualization, organic movement & pranayama are some of the techniques we will enjoy. Leave feeling more grounded and spacious, more rooted in your body and more connected with your essential power.
Yoga + Creativity:
Yoga is natural for increasing energy wherever you would like to focus in your self and in your life. As you engage your own body and open to its wonders and learn compassion for its limits, you expand your creative capacity. Each Craft Camp collaboration reunites you with your own unique voice. Getting connected with the vital energy within empowers your creative creations.
Yoga + Community:
Practicing together in the pursuit of joy, truth, and abundance we find each other. We are simultaneously elevated and grounded by the collective energy of the group. Masks are welcome but not necessary as we social distance on our mats. Bring a friend or come alone.
