Wednesday of Rasas Week draws us in to the core and edges of the rasas. We will cover more of the individual rasas today and engage them in teaching exercises.
All yoga teachers are welcome. YA CEs available.
Our asana will be juicy and deep and lead to greater understanding and appreciation of your body. Teaching Exercises on Monday, Wednesday, Friday include honing your ability to weave a theme throughout your class.
Add on our evening session for a discount. Restorative Yoga + Crystal Singing Bowls with Anastasia & Ray Worrell.
(all are welcome to attend evening session)
