On this culminating day, our rasas week together will have built in shakti, or powerful energy for shifting life habits and for creating a sustaining teaching practice, one that weaves what brings you joy in your own life. That which draws you in and moves you forward.
All yoga teachers are welcome. YA CEs available.
Our asana practice weaves in the rasas of the week so you get a taste of many facets of your being. Teaching Exercises on Monday, Wednesday, Friday include honing your ability to weave a theme throughout your class.
