Three Sisters Yoga + AYTT300 + Continuing Education
This spring, we gather, once again, but in a different way. Coronavirus has changed the way we interface with the world. We would like to continue our studies and practices with you in new and creative ways. We hope that you will join us virtually. This module was to bring us to the ocean to discuss, learn, explore, practice, play, ritualize and enjoy the beauty of our time together. Perhaps we can draw on our imaginations to bring us to the ocean of our own experience.
In these recorded sessions, Rachael, Sarah, and Serena will be your guides as you tend to and arouse your desire, appreciating the beauty you already have.
We will enjoy luscious and playfully potent asana practices so you can melt right into the power of your radiance. We will work with yantra as access to further understand what might be hidden, and as a tool for empowerment. Mantra, meditation, ritual lead the way to your own nectar and to the world’s irresistible beauty. Bring all your desires with you!
