I am thrilled 😄 to teach this Thai Massage Training coming up Fri. Dec. 6 - Sun. Dec. 8 at Light 💡 box Yoga in Wilmington.
Each session begins with a basic, therapeutic yoga practice, followed by a step-by-step Thai Massage sequence.
I have been practicing massage since 1992. Thai Massage is my absolute favorite modality, since 1993. I have been practicing yoga since 1990 and teaching since 1999. It is my pleasure to serve you.

Breathe new life into your massage or yoga teaching practice. In each session of this workshop, Rachael leads you through a basic therapeutic yoga practice. The yoga practice prepares your body and mind to give and receive Thai Massage. I will demonstrate and teach step-by-step sequences, that lead to you trading massages with another participant. You will learn a full-body 1 hour massage sequence. Included in the training is a full-color, user-friendly, detailed manual that will go home with you so you can continue to practice.

Sat. 9am - 12pm, 1pm - 4pm
