Join Rachael Crawford and Lila Rasa Brown for a weekend of yoga & meditation, ocean energy, ceremony, and Heart connection! We’ll gather in Bald Head Island, North Carolina for the weekend, which will include yoga practices on Friday evening, Saturday morning, Saturday afternoon, and Sunday morning. There will be an evening fire ritual, an intro to evolutionary astrology, as well as time to play in the ocean’s surf, bask in the sun, spend some time at the local spa, and connect with our lovely kula.
