We are thrilled to present the embodied practices of the “Through the Looking Glass” module where we explore the languages of body, heart and mind. We will practice asana, mantra, and the art of giving and receiving feedback. Build your capacity to listen, tell your story, write your song and use your voice in a variety of ways. Join us!
